Obituary for
Linda L. Nemchik
Linda L. Nemchik, 66, of Bethlehem, passed away October 10, 2017. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Hugh E. Spang II and Jean E. (Yohe) Spang. Linda was predeceased by her loving husband of 30 years, Paul Nemchik.
In the beginning of her career, Linda worked at Bonny Forge until attending school at Churchman’s Business School. Linda then went on to work at Panel High Tech, and finally, at Howard Refrigeration. She loved camping, bowling, and vacationing with her husband. Linda had a special place in her heart for her dog, Missy. She was a loving mother to her precious Paula Marie for her short life of three years.
SURVIVORS: She is survived by one brother, Hugh E. Spang III, of Rocky Mount, NC; two sisters, Deborah A. Lerch and her husband John, of Fountain Hill, PA, and Carolyn M. Knise, of Bethlehem, PA; two stepdaughters, Donna and Cindy Nemchik; one stepson, Rick Nemchik; 3 nephews: Mike O. Michael K., and Keegan; and 3 nieces: Tara, Brenda, and Katrina.
Linda was preceded in death by one brother, John Spang, one sister, Suzanne L. Berry, and one nephew, Bryan.
SERVICES: A viewing will be held on Saturday, October 14th, 2017 from 10AM-11AM at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 Hamilton Street, Allentown. Following the viewing, a Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be celebrated at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 920 South 2nd Street, Allentown.
