Faye F. Wippel (Knauss)
Faye F. (Knauss) Wippel, 85 of Emmaus, formerly of Allentown, passed away peacefully on November 28th at LV Hospice surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of the late Robert F. Wippel, Sr. who passed away in 2007. Faye was an employee of Aetna Insurance before retiring in 1993. Faye was inducted into the Union Terrace Hall of Fame for her work with the Girl’s Athletic Program. Faye’s main focus was the commitment and love she had for her family.
Survivors: Faye is survived by her 5 children Robert Wippel, Jr., Frank Wippel and wife Judy, Denise Navarre wife of Ronald, Steve Wippel and wife Brenda, and Mary Roberts. She was known as Gma to her ten grandchildren, Stephanie, Denise, Robert, Christopher and wife Lisa, Gregory and Ciara Wippel, Jennifer and Allison Roberts and Lauren Navarre. She has four great-grandchildren, Reiss, Tatum, Bronson, and Rebecca. She was predeceased by her parents, Francis and Mary (Galliano) Knauss, a brother Peter, and a grandson, James Wippel.
Services: Will be held on Friday, December 2nd, 2016. Greetings will begin at 10:00 A.M. in the vestibule at the Cathedral of St. Catherine’s of Sienna followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Airport Road immediately following mass.
